    • I have been in the Events Industry since 2013. I started doing corporate events, conferences and festivals for the city, law firms, hotels and resorts. I moved to Wedding Planning specifically in the last 5 years.

    • Because of my events background, I am very familiar with contractual obligations and how to keep the event planning machine well oiled within those contractual obligations. I am an expert at budget management and creating the ideal day for you logistically.

    • I moved to weddings specifically because as an artist, it brings me the opportunity to passionately exemplify and celebrate your love story in a professional and appropriate manner. I love the intimate relationships I get to create with my clients. You are the best part of the wedding planning adventure!

  • Absolutely! I have public testimonials and reviews available on The Knot, Wedding Wire, Facebook, Google and my personal website. I also have vendor testimonials, that I would be happy to share. Personal references available upon request.

    • I will come to you with alternative solutions before I come to you with a problem. The point of my job is to keep the panic and stress at a minimum during your wedding planning process. If there is an emergency on the wedding day, it will be handled as inconspicuously, delicately & professionally as possible. Remember, this day is about you. Enjoy it! I will hand the stressful parts.

  • I have your back! I have learned to listen, take control of the conversation if necessary, ensure that both partners feel heard and I take all perspectives of the couple into consideration. If there are any family dynamics that you would like to share with me, please don’t hesitate to do so. Once again, all information is good information. For example, please let me know if you would like me restrict any drinks from family members or if I need to make sure to keep the mic away from certain individuals. I will be sure to do so delicately.

  • I have a custom excel sheet budget calculator for you. It lets you know what percentage of the budget you have spent, keeps your organized for payments that you have already made and due dates for remaining payments. The template keeps track of your budget for you. I will constantly update and research should we need to make any adjustments.

    • Email, Text, Phone Call, Zoom, you name it! Whatever is easiest for you to communicate successfully. I will let you know if I am unavailable, but please don’t hesitate to reach out. You will not overwhelm me.

    • For all collaborative information, we use Google Drive. I will send you a template that will require you to provide basic information. This is also where you can add any tasks for me and I will add any tasks I have for you.

    • I will otherwise send out structured reminders to you to help keep you on track.

  • Yes! Although my vendors cater specifically to Summit County, CO area, I have an extensive network of vendors I will be happy to share with you nationwide.

  • Upon booking, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all packages. I am happy to create a custom payment plan for the remainder of the fee, however only require the difference of the payment be paid the week before your Wedding Date.

  • My home base is located in Breckenridge, CO. Any weddings outside a 50 mile radius of Breckenridge, CO will incur a travel fee of $100 per 50 miles. This fee covers the rehearsal and wedding day.

    • Lodging arrangements may also be required outside of a 50 mile radius of Breckenridge, CO (varies with planning package).

  • Yes we do! Please let me know upon your inquiry so I can discount your package price.

  • Venue selection assistance varies based on the package you book. For Full Planning and Elopement Planning, venue selection is included. I am always happy to recommend my favorite venues to assist in your search.

  • We will collaborate on this together, but yes I will fine tune your wedding day timeline and communicate it with all vendors.

  • A wedding with 10 or less guests/participants.

  • Step 1: Just ask.

    • We would be happy to build a package for you based on your needs and budget. Pick and choose the parts of the planning packages you’d prefer and we will build something together.

  • Yes! Please let me know if you would like to hire additional help for setups, bussing or serving.

  • Yes! I will send you all of this information 60 days prior to your wedding date so that it is the most current and accurate.

  • This is super important to us and my favorite part to incorporate in your wedding! Please let us know the aspects you would like to include in your wedding. We will be sure to vet any of the vendors you haven’t already chosen to ensure we can respectfully celebrate you.

  • We do not offer insurance for the client however we are insured as a vendor. Please note* many venues require you as the client to purchase insurance. They will provide those details in the contract upon booking.

    • Yes! For weekend management/month of planning, partial planning and full planning you are welcome to use a credit card payment via our website directly.

    • For elopements and coordination, we require electronic payments such as Venmo, Cashapp, Applepay or Zelle.
